I think it takes lots of effort for a director to translate even a little of what s/he wanted to convey... Kudos to Aamir!!! It takes a lot to direct and also to act in the same movie. Also to portray that the film is not about his character but about the child character is a huge achievement for an important actor like Aamir... hats off for the debut boss!
Of course Darsheel surely belongs to the next breed of actors who are called 'Star-Actor'. Cried buckets and buckets on Ram's shoulder during the movie... and I am proud that Ram is one among the gem of teachers like the character played by Aamir...
